Aluminum cans and scrap are recycled at current rates. Please
place rinsed cans in the barrel across the hall from the office.
Several companies pay us for used inkjet and laser printer cartridges
that have not been previously remanufactured, refilled or recycled. If you
know of a company willing to donate old cartridges, contact Lucy Knapp through
Bethel or e-mail lucyknapp@bethelkids.org.
We hope to have a Donahue paper recycling container installed. Donahue
accepts newspapers, magazines, catalogs, junk mail, envelopes (including
window envelopes), fax paper, manila folders, office paper, computer paper,
posters, etc. Until we can accept paper, please take it to an American
Cancer Society collection location.
As of now we are not recycling grocery bags. We suggest that
they be taken to supermarkets that accept them.
